Symbolism
If you will see this picture in Europe, you will just think that it is probably work of some neo-nazi group and you would wish that they will get to the prison soon. In Europe this cross is connected only with Nazism and with horrible memories of the Second World War. When I saw this cross in India for the first time, I was kind of shocked. You can see it very often everywhere around, in different shops, at the packaging of products, at the walls, in temples or at the poster of conference – as in this case. This symbol in Hinduism stand for a meaning of god and it can also cover all things which are regarded as good, positive or good quality (as in case of the product packaging), this is how it was explained to me. So, this is just a little remark how the same symbol can indicate totally opposite meaning in different cultures.
